Del Mar Construction, LLC has been rehabbing homes for many years. There is not to many problems with a house that we haven't seen!

"Full Gut" Home Renovations may look easy on HGTV, and DIY Network, but that is far from the truth. What they don't show you is every detail, and planning that goes into the project to achieve a quality home at the completion.

Del Mar Construction started out doing full gut renovations, it is what got us started in this business. We take pride in taking a "ugly" home and bringing it back to life. When you hire us to complete a full home renovation you can sleep at night knowing everything is done the proper way, to code, and always over built. We do it right, and pull all permits with your local county/town. 

Process To Get Started:

Give us a call, schedule a time to meet at the property and go over your wants/needs

We come up with a budget, and a general estimate. If agreed upon we sign a contract, and and get permit applications submitted to your local town/county.

Once permits are issued construction starts. A typical full house remodel takes anywhere from 60 - 90 days. 

Construction is complete, and all final inspections are completed. We do one walk through for touch up and make sure you are happy with everything then we give you your keys and you move into your new home!
