We come up with a budget and a general estimate. If agreed, we sign a contract and submit permit applications to your town or county.
Construction
Once permits are issued, construction starts. A typical full house remodel takes anywhere from 60 to 90 days.
Walkthrough and keys
All final inspections are completed. We do one walkthrough for touch-ups, make sure you are happy with everything, then give you your keys.
