Do you give free roof inspections?
Yes. Roof inspections are free, and so are estimates. Call 443-452-8267 or request one online.
What shingles do you install?
We install TAMKO roofing products, including Titan XT premium architectural shingles, but we will install any brand or type of shingle you want. Del Mar is a certified TAMKO MasterCraft PRO, which unlocks enhanced warranty options on TAMKO roofs.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
A 5 year Del Mar workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you handle storm damage and insurance claims?
Yes. We inspect for free, help you file the claim and meet your adjuster. The insurance process.
